MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Required: B.S. Civil Engineering
1-2 Years Relevant Experience in Design of Civil Engineering Projects
E.I.T. who can obtain a P.E. license
Familiarity with a Variety of Computer packages including MicroStation, GEOPAK, and OpenRoads
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
- Civil design experience in roadway, grading, drainage, utility and site development projects.
- Prepare construction plans, design calculations, specifications, bid documents and cost estimates with support from a Supervising Engineer
- Knowledge of local and state design standards and procedures
- Capable of working independently or within a design team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Ability to efficiently utilize time in completing tasks accurately, on schedule and within budget
- Strong professional work ethic

Civil Engineer EIT, Round Rock, TX
CLGann, LLC (Round Rock, TX) seeks a Civil Engineer to develop drainage studies & reports. Compute hydrologic/hydraulic calculations, perform impact analysis & create designs/drawings for site development according to local design criteria. Must develop schematic design & PS&E packages for major roadway development projects. Develop drainage designs for storm sewer systems, culverts, bridges, detention ponds & channels. Prepare drainage reports. Coordinate with the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality. Use MicroStation, OpenRoads, Geopak Drainage, Hy-8, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS to complete various projects.
